1. Do you run my credit?
• We run your credit to see what your payment history has been. But this is not the only basis for our decision.

2. I had good credit, but I’ve had problems…
• Your credit tells us about your payment history, but we understand that we all have problems every now and then. We work with you to approve your application.

3. What id’s are valid?

• US Driver's License, matricula consular, passport. Other valid Official documents with a photograph.

4. The business has more than 1 year but I recently purchased it?

• Our evaluation process helps us understand such situations. If the business already existed for more than a year then we will underwrite it.

5. Does this loan help me improve my credit score?

• We report your payment history. With timely payments you will be helping your credit history.

6. What if I want to start a business?

• In order to learn more about your business and financial situation we ask that your business has more than 1 year. In some cases, if your business is less than 1 year we will ask for a cosigner.

7. What kind of business do you consider?

• Any business. Retailers, service businesses, workshops, restaurants, swap-meets booths, food carts, magazines/newspapers stands, recycling, gardening, cleaning, etc ... we really would like to help your business grow.

8. What type of financial institution is financiera CONFIANZA, Inc?

• It is a financial company approved and regulated by the California Department of Corporations. We are legally approved to make loans under current Federal and California State regulations.
• We are not allowed to open checking accounts, savings or receive any type of deposits. We are not a Bank.

9. Can I apply for a loan if I do not speak Spanish?

• Yes. Despite the fact that our advertising material, contracts and other documents are in Spanish, we welcome all applications. We also have all our contracts and loan documentation in English.
10. What interest do you charge?
• We mutually agree to a total amount to pay for your loan (this amount does not change with time). Depending on the ratio of the loan to your credit/debit card sales we charge as low as 1.2 times your loan (for example $12,000 for a $10,000 loan). We also mutually agree to a percentage discount from your credit/debit card sales. However the time when you will be paid off varies depending on your credit/debit card sales.

11. What if we currently do not accept credit cards?

•We will help you start! And after a few months accepting cards we will underwrite your EasyPay loan.

12. Do we need to change our current Processor?

• Yes. You need to change to our approved Processor in order to set up the automatic payments based on your sales. However, generally your monthly processing costs will be the same or lower.
13. What interest do you charge?
• It depends on the loan amount. For loans of $900 we charge 24.5% per annum. For loans of $2500 or more we charge a higher rate depending on your payment history. We will inform you before we write up any contracts how much the total cost and total payments will be, breaking up the interest and commissions. With us you’ll know exactly how much the total cost of your loan is before signing anything.

14. Are there additional charges to the monthly payment?

•NO. Your monthly payment includes principal and interest. Remaining current will guarantee that at the end of your payment schedule you will not have additional charges.

15. Can I apply for another loan?

• After having made your payments for 7 months you can apply for another loan. Remaining current means that your next loan can be made within one day.

16. What if I do not have a seller permit?

• We'll help you obtain your seller permit, all you need to have is your US driver's license or matricula consular or passport.
