Loan Officer
• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Computer System Analyst. Studies may have been completed in any country.
• Fluent in Spanish working knowledge in English
• Experience in microfinance, as a loan officer.
• Experience working in banking or any financial institution offering micro-credit.
• Willingness to work independently and in the field.
• Authorized to work legally in the US

Collections Officer
• Minimum of 5 years experience in collections in the USA. Experience with accounts less than 90 days past due as well as with accounts with more than 90 days past due
• Fluent Spanish and English
• Experience in companies targeting the US Hispanic market.
• Authorized to work legally in the US
